Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns and Exchange policy covers two scenarios:

 

Case 1: Received Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Item

1a) If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 8 days of delivery. Requests made after this 8-day window will not be eligible for return or exchange.

1b) To begin, please send a photo of your order invoice, which is included inside your package. This helps us verify your request; without the invoice, we may not be able to process it. For damaged or incorrect items, we may also request a photo of the product.

1c) After we verify your claim within 48 hours, we will initiate a pickup from your location.

1d) Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all seals, tags, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact. All returned products undergo a Quality Check and any item returned used or in poor condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.

1e) If your request is approved, Theskinpath will cover delivery charges for both the pickup and re-shipping of the replacement item.

Case 2: Request for a Different Variant, Shade, or Type

2a) If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant, shade, or type, please reach out within 8 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accommodated.

2b) A photo of your order invoice, found inside the parcel, is required to proceed with the exchange verification.

2c) Upon verifying your exchange request (within 48 hours), we will arrange for the item to be picked up from your address.

2d) Items should be returned in their original, unused condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. We reserve the right to reject any request if the item is returned used, damaged, or altered.

2e) Once your exchange is approved, we will dispatch the new item, and a Rs. 200 fee will apply to cover delivery charges for both pickup and re-delivery.

Refund Policy

 

In certain cases, a monetary refund may be issued:

  • Out-of-Stock Products: If you have paid for an item that is later found to be out of stock, we will initiate a refund. A representative will request your bank details, and the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
  • Cancelled Orders: If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will refund your payment within 24 hours. If the order is canceled after dispatch, we will refund your payment minus delivery charges.

Note: Parcel pickups may occasionally take 6–8 working days due to courier delays. We appreciate your patience during the process.
